Rita Pavone's 'Remember me' is voted # 1195 of the Most Popular Songs Ever presented by New York City's Wabc Radio. The station itself has changed its format being a 'Talk Radio' nowadays, but it used to be the most popular radio station in the whole USA for 2 decades.
Wabc Radio is no more but there are RewoundRadio.com and Oldies.Board.com which still beam its contents in the internet through Facebook and other outlets. Every year, as of November until early December their listeners VOTE for their favourite songs which are then counted and tabulated for a big musical programme that takes place in the week between Xmas and New Year.
